What to send, and what helps
| A wrong number | The page address, the inputs you used, and the value you expected with its source. That is usually enough to reproduce it the same day. |

| A missing nuclide, standard or model | Name it and say what you needed it for — the second half decides the order things get built in. |
| Privacy, data or account deletion | Say which account (the email you signed in with). Deletion requests are acted on within 30 days. See the privacy policy. |
| Anything else | Corrections to the written material, broken pages, licensing questions, or a note that something was useful — all welcome. |
Response time
This is a one-person project run alongside a full-time job. Most mail is answered within a few days; a reproducible calculation bug jumps the queue.
Who you are writing to
Radiation Lab is an independent project run by one person. It is not a company, and it is not affiliated with the IEC, the IAEA, NIST, or any regulator. More on the about page.
